To register with an invitation code, enter the code on the Invitation Code screen during sign-up. After entering the code, you’ll provide your name, email, and password. Once completed, your account will be ready, and you’ll receive a confirmation email to start using Zoof immediately.
To register with an invitation link, simply click the link provided in your invitation. This will take you to the sign-up page where your invitation code will already be filled in. Enter your name, email, and password, then follow the prompts to complete your registration.
To register without an invitation code, simply leave the invitation code field blank during sign-up. Enter your name, email, and password to complete registration. You’ll be added to the waiting list, and once space is available, you’ll receive an activation link via email.

If you have not received an activation email, please check your spam folder first.
To activate your account, check your inbox for a confirmation email after registering. Open the email and click the activation link to verify your account. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or ensure you entered the correct email during sign-up.
Zoof is in its alpha version phase with limited capacity but we are working hard to allow everyone access to Zoof as quickly as possible
Zoof does not store any passwords. As such the password can’t be recovered. But don’t worry, help is at hand
To log in, visit Zoof and enter your registered email and password. If your account isn’t activated yet, follow the activation steps from the email we sent you. If you’re having trouble, you can always reset your password or check your email for any login issues.
Zoof just keeps working, it has Smart Resume technology which allows it to continue the delivery from where it left off, without starting the entire delivery over again. This is a huge saving in time but also immensely efficient if the files is large and the connection breaks close to
Currently, with the alpha, there is a 2.5Gb limit but that will change to “unlimited”… as in no-limits at all to the size of file that you can send to someone.
At present, with the alpha version, they will not be able to receive the file, this functionality will be made available at a future release. Currently both parties – you and your recipient need to be online at the same time for Zoof to deliver the file.
Not at the moment, you can only send one file at a time using the alpha version. This will change shortly with a new release. We will let you know as soon as a new version with this functionality is available.

To receive a file, scan the QR code provided by the sender or click the link they shared with you. Once you access the link, the file will start downloading directly to your device. Track the progress in Zoof, and your file will be saved once complete.
