Currently, there is a 2.5GB upper limit between desktop/laptop to desktop/laptop, due to the way browser manage memory and their sandboxed implementation. Rest assured this will change once our installable apps are available.
With the Zoof web version you will be able to send up to 500MB between most Mobile phones (iOS due to apple restrictions is limited to 250MB) and an upper limit of 2.5GB between laptops and desktops. We adopted this option because it removed the need for you to install any software on any device whether you were sending a file or receiving a file and it already covers a lot of use cases where you need to move larger files, that don’t fit in emails and loose fidelity when send through any messaging app.
